Select a conflict management assessment (using such assessments as the Thomas Kilmann conflict questionnaire or the Putnam/Wilson conflict behavior scale). In a three- to four- page paper, provide a historical overview of the assessment, noting at least one critical review made about the validity of the assessment. Take the assessment and note the results in your paper. Also, ask three to four colleagues to provide you with feedback on what they have observed as your most predominant conflict management style. Are there differences between your perception and their perceptions of your styles? Why? What is the effect of your predominant conflict management style on interpersonal conflicts you may encounter in your life? Incorporate two peer-reviewed references in your paper.
